The County Hotel in Stornoway provides a number of different dining options to suit your particular requirements. Informal dining is available in our main cafe bar area of Seasgair throughout the day. For a more intimate dining experience or to spend time with friends, then we offer fine dining in Cairdeas.
Cairdeas
For a more secluded, dining experience then try Cairdeas. Ideal location for an intimate dinner for two. Perfect for spending time with close friends, where you can sit and chat to your hearts content. The location to entertain business contacts, where you can discuss business in a quiet, friendly environment.
Our fine dining menu in role will is a culinary delight, offering an amazing selection of dishes that will please every palate.
Seasgair
Coffee is available all day from 10am to 11pm Monday to Saturday. There you can enjoy a variety of speciality coffees and teas from around the world. You can savour these alone or with one of our freshly baked pastries or home-made scones. And for the indulgent, ice cream sundaes are available all day.
A comprehensive lunch menu provides both light snacks and more substantial meals during lunch service. SAelect the lighter option of wrap or Panini with crispy salad. You can choose a baked potato with a selection of fillings and meals such as fish and chips, lasagne, etc. Lunch is served in Seasgair from 12 noon until 2pm, Monday to Thursday and 5pm Friday and Saturday.
For an excellent dining experience then join us for dinner. Available daily from 5pm to 9pm. We offer an authentic Indian menu, bringing a variety of flavours, taste and styles from around the subcontinent. You will find many of the well-known and popular dishes together with some of our chefs own unique blend of spices. All available with rice, poppadums and side orders.
An alternative is our extensive European menu available throughout dinner. This offers you some of the more traditional classics from the UK and the wider European continent. All available with selection of vegetables, salads and side orders.
When you want a cosy night in watching a DVD or having friends round, you can still have the best that County Hotel has to offer. The takeaway service that includes authentic Indian menu is available to takeaway daily from 5pm to 9pm.
